Karen’s inspiration for founding My Age In Place Advocate arises from her personal experiences. After six impactful years as a Client Specialist at Touching Hearts at Home on Long Island, she recognized how crucial proper support is in changing lives. However, a deeply personal tragedy, where her elderly parents fell prey to a deceptive lottery scam, ignited her unwavering mission to protect and empower families through patient safety education.

That heartbreak transformed into purpose. Karen established My Age In Place Advocate, Inc. to ensure that no family ever feels unprepared while caring for aging loved ones.

With over nine years of experience in home care and patient advocacy, an MBA in Business, and a lifelong passion for spirituality and personal transformation, Karen offers a unique combination of professional insight, compassion, and advocacy.
